Well, what can i say, it really wasn't at all the nightmare i has thought it would be. Guess it helps when you don't have alot of funds left to spend. Our consultant Jen was amazing, she doesn't do UGLY so that helped!! I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

THE JOURNEY BEGINS............
This is my first blog EVER.. so please bare with me.
We are building an Eden Brae ENTERTAINER 35 on Sydney's Upper North Shore.
After visiting different display villages i finally convinced my partner that this was the one!!
Although i would of preffered the 37, i didn't want to risk getting knocked back from Hornsby Council due to the stupid 40% building ratio. Who would think that you buy your block and then get told what you can do with it!!
We signed the contract on 31st July and are going to the Home Options Gallery on Wednesday 12th August to choose our internal and external selections. This includes our bricks and paving which i'm having major trouble deciding on. I went out to PGH at Schofields and of course picked up some of the most expensive bricks they had. At this point i'm completely over the brick selection and have left this decision to my partner, God help him if i don't like what he has chosen!! Looks like it'll be a long day on Wednesday. I'll post some more then.
